We had a delightful stay at a family-run hotel just off the motorway. the rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. the restaurant had a wide selection of delicious food and wine, and the friendly waitress was patient and helpful. Despite the language barrier, we had an enjoyable time communicating with a mix of English, French, and Italian. the hotel had an authentic charm and we wished we could have stayed longer to explore the nearby town and take walks in the area. This hidden gem is definitely a place we'll return to. Cons: Can't think of anything 🤷‍♀️.

The breakfast at Gasthof Am Schloss was excellent. The variety of options was impressive and everything was fresh and delicious. We especially enjoyed the freshly baked pastries and the selection of local jams. The breakfast alone made our stay memorable.
